Decision on Huawei to be announced in Parliament

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab will make a statement to MPs later
today on "UK Telecommunications". This will be the announcement on
Huawei. It will take place after the first business of the day
(Committee stage and remaining stages of the Direct Payments to
Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Bill) and not after Departmental
oral questions, as the statement will be made first in the Lords,
as that is where the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media
