Andy McDonald (Middlesbrough) (Lab): I am grateful to the Transport
Secretary for giving way. Had he been in the Chamber yesterday when
I spoke on the issue, he would have heard me say that I welcomed
the Government taking action in respect of Flybe and recognised the
importance of Flybe services to our communities right across the
country. How we go about it is the important thing. The
International Airlines Group is particularly interested in the
