Williamson to make statement on education funding

Education Secretary Gavin Williamson will be making a statement in
the Commons late, updating MPs on announcements made during the
recess concerning education funding. This possibly explains why the
WMS on the same subject has not yet been published. It is the 3rd
of 3 statements so is unlikely to be reached before about 6pm at
