Baroness Lister of Burtersett (Lab):...The implications of hunger
for children’s education has been brought home to us by numerous
surveys of teachers noted in recent months in this House. Recently,
the general secretary of the Association of School and College
Leaders reported a conversation he had had with a group of
head teachers. When asked what was the biggest issue facing them,
