Publication of report – Energy efficiency: building towards net zero

The Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee publishes its Twenty First Report of Session 2017-19 on Energy efficiency: building towards net zero at 00.01 on Friday 12 July 2019.

The report examines the Government’s approach to delivering energy efficiency improvements for buildings and its role in meeting the UK’s climate change obligations, including the net-zero by 2050 target. The report also touches on building regulations, energy efficiency standards and the compliance of builders.
