Justin Tomlinson (Minister of State for Disabled People, Health and
Work): Later today the Office for Nuclear Regulation's Annual
Report and Accounts for 2018-2019 will be published. Having
consulted the Secretary of State for Business, Energy &
Industrial Strategy who is accountable for nuclear security and the
Office for Nuclear Regulation, I can confirm, in accordance with
Schedule 7, Section 25(3) of the Energy Act 2013, that there have
