Justice committee inquiry into Prison governance

The Justice Committee will hold the first evidence session for its inquiry into prison governance on Tuesday 18 June in the Wilson Room, Portcullis House.

This session will cover: 

• The role of prison governors and the accountability structures they work within; and 
• Oversight arrangements for private prisons.
