MSP calls for review of seclusion of patients with autism and learning disabilities

Scottish Mental Health Minister Clare Haughey has been called on to launch an independent review of individuals with autism or learning difficulties who are locked up long-term. Alexander Burnett MSP made the request following the launch of a similar review by the UK Minister for Health and Social Care, Matt Hancock MP.
