Without adequate financing for Natural England the chancellor's commitment to biodiversity is worthless, says Prospect

Prospect, the trade union for environmental specialists and
regulators has called promises by the Chancellor to protect
biodiversity ‘worthless’ if not backed up by the cash needed. The
union will be holding a Parliamentary launch of its report on the
