The Minister for Rural Affairs and the Natural Environment (Mairi
Gougeon):...The Tory motion is shamefully silent on questions about
future funding and the implications for our wider rural economy. In
the two and a bit years since the referendum, we have had just one
statement on the detail of the shared prosperity fund. A
consultation on it was due to take place last year, but we are
