UK doesn't have the right pallets for exporting to the EU - Sue Hayman comment

Sue Hayman MP, Labour’s Shadow Environment Secretary, commenting on reports that the UK doesn't have the right pallets for exporting to the EU in a no-deal scenario, said:

“Everything about this Government’s handling of Brexit has been a shambles so this news sadly comes as no surprise.

“The level of incompetency and lack of forward planning demonstrated by the Government has created risk and uncertainty for some of the UK’s largest manufacturing sectors including the food, drinks and chemicals industries. 

“Michael Gove and Theresa May need to urgently show that they are taking our nation’s food security seriously and take a disastrous No Deal off the table.”
