The Minister for School Standards (Nick Gibb):...My hon. Friend is
right. We do want to spread best practice. We have a cadre of
school resource managers to help schools that are particularly
struggling with their budgets to find savings. Other measures are
national buying schemes for things such as Printers and
photocopiers and the roll-out of a free teacher vacancy listing
website to help schools to find teachers and drive down recruitment
