Mr Jim Cunningham (Coventry South) (Lab): Have the Government looked at the costs that will result from our leaving the EU, whether in terms of commodities, pharmaceuticals or farming? Specifically, food prices are a big issue for the National Farmers Union, which I met a couple of weeks ago.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union (Chris Heaton-Harris): I thank the hon. Gentleman for his question. I know that he has long-standing concerns about what would happen in the case of a no deal, but I can honestly say to him that the best way to mitigate, to stop that problem from happening, is to vote for the deal that is on the table.
