The Horizon 2020 Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations revoke provisions deriving from EU legislation for the EU’s Horizon 2020 Framework Programme for Research and Innovation which have been retained in domestic law as retained EU law under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (“the Act”). The amendments address deficiencies in this retained EU law arising from the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union.
