This instrument amends the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
(CDPA), and associated regulations, to correct deficiencies in, and
failures of, retained EU law to operate effectively as a result of
the United Kingdom leaving the European Union. It also includes
amendments to an Order and necessary revocations. Published 26
