Budget 2018: Independent review of build out: final report

The independent review of build out was announced by government at Budget 2017 and was led by the Rt Hon Sir Oliver Letwin MP.

In the review’s final report Sir Oliver Letwin makes recommendations on how to close the significant gap between the number of housing completions and the amount of land allocated or permissioned on large sites in areas of high housing demand.
