Baroness Warsi (Con):...I urge the Government to use this moment,
as they describe in their hate crime plan, to end their policy of
disengagement and make this a truly inclusive and meaningful
process. The issue is crucial because when government does not
engage, it sets a precedent for all other agencies such as the CPS,
the police, and the Police and Crime Commissioners. This is
disengaging Muslims at all levels and from all available avenues to
