Passenger groups join the national transport users’ watchdog,
Transport Focus and consumer organisation Which? to give evidence
on the implementation of the 20 May national rail timetable

put things right, including the adequacy and fairness of
compensation packages; and look to identify recommendations to
ensure future timetable changes are handled much more
effectively, restoring passengers’ trust in the railway. This is
the penultimate evidence session for the Committee’s inquiry into
rail timetable changes.
