Government response to ORR's draft determination

This document constitutes the government’s response to the Office of Rail and Road’s (ORR’s) draft determination for rail Control Period 6.

It sets out government’s views on how ORR can best ensure that Network Rail maximises the value of the government’s investment in the rail network. ORR will take government’s response into account ahead of the publication of the final determination in Autumn 2018.
