Which? welcomes smart ticketing at ScotRail

Alex Hayman, Which? Managing Director of Public Markets, said:

"The introduction of smart ticketing is a huge opportunity to deliver much-needed improvements for long-suffering rail passengers, and should not be missed.

"It is vital that automatic compensation is included in this rollout and that this smart technology is also accessible to season ticket holders."
