Stuart Andrew MP has been appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary
of State at the Ministry of Defence and Kelly Tolhurst MP has been
appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the
Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Notes to
