surveillance was mentioned in Committee on Tuesday. The Minister
was right to say that it is being trialled by the Metropolitan
police, but it has been trialled for three years running. I suggest
that it is no longer a trial. It is also being used by South Wales
police and other police forces across the country, particularly
when policing large events. The Metropolitan police use it in
particular for Notting Hill carnival......Request free trial
