BEIS Committee to publish Brexit: implications for the civil nuclear sector report

The report includes sections on the decision to leave Euratom, regulation and nuclear safeguards, market access, non-tariff barriers and trade, the role of civil nuclear in the UK economy, skills, transitional arrangements and future relationships with Euratom.

This is the first in a series of reports the BEIS Committee plan to publish on the impact of leaving the European Union on specific sectors. The Committee will be producing future Brexit reports on the automotive sector, aerospace, processed food and drink sector and the pharmaceuticals sector.
