Lord Young of Norwood Green (Lab):...I am sure we all welcome that. It is quite a challenge with a Gig economy, but nevertheless the aim is right. Further on, the Prime Minister says that,

“this Industrial Strategy … will help young people develop the skills they need to do the high-paid, high-skilled jobs of the future”...
