Change of British High Commissioner to Rwanda

Ms Joanne Lomas has been appointed British High Commissioner to the
Republic of Rwanda, and Non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of
Burundi in succession to Mr William Gelling OBE, who will be
transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Ms Lomas
