Transport select committee inquiry into Community Transport - forthcoming session

The Transport Committee questions commercial and community operators, keen to examine the nature and extent of commercial operators’ grievances about use of community transport (CT) permits. The inquiry into Community Transport will consider the likely effects of potential changes in practice on CT organisations of different types; ways of managing the implications in the short and longer term, and the scope and timescale of the Department’s proposed consultation on these issues.
