Department for Exiting the EU to publish next series of papers on the future partnership between the UK and the EU

This week the Government will issue the next three papers in our series on the future partnership between the UK and the EU, as well as two more position papers focused on the immediate negotiations. All of these papers will help inform discussions next week in Brussels. The plan for publication can be found below:

Monday - Confidentiality and access to official documents (position paper)

    Goods on the market (position paper)

Tuesday - Civil judicial cooperation (future partnership paper)

Wednesday - Enforcement and dispute resolution(future partnership paper)

Thursday - Data protection (future partnership paper)

All papers will be published at approximately midday.  Further operational notes on briefing sessions will be distributed in due course.
