Lord Taylor of Warwick (Non-Afl): ...About a decade ago I was a
guest speaker at a Nevada business forum in Las Vegas. Just before
the start of the dinner the host came over and asked me to give a
welcome speech on behalf of the United Kingdom. It took me by
surprise since I thought I was only due to speak later. But I took
