challenges is not easy, but I think that we have a means of doing
that with the Digital Economy Bill. It is some six years since the
last digital economy legislation and, if possible, the Government
should look to do what they can to address some of the new
challenges in the current Bill. It certainly provides an
opportunity to tackle digital TV piracy...
