Albert Owen (Ynys Môn) (Lab):...We need a common travel
arrangement. We need arrangements between the communities of Wales,
Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, so
that we have a strong maritime industry and so that businesses that
are dependent on our ports know there will be no additional costs.
We need to continue to generate that revenue for the future... To
