King's Fund: Boost in public satisfaction with the NHS for the first time since pandemic, but only one in four satisfied

In 2025, around a quarter (26%) of people said they were ‘very' or ‘quite' satisfied with the NHS – a rise of 6 percentage points on previous year. Greatest fall in dissatisfaction with the NHS for more than quarter of a century. Despite overall satisfaction increase, individual services such as A&E, GPs and dentistry saw no significant change from previous year and remain low.
