Lords Committee criticises the Home Office regarding the application of Controlled Drugs Regulations

In its 55th report, the cross-party House of Lords Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee has criticised the Home Office for process failures in relation to its responsibilities in the area of Drug Precursor Chemicals (DPCs).
