Homes England has appointed Caroline Patterson as Chief Financial
Officer, completing a series of senior leadership appointments
that position the agency for a significant year of delivery.
Caroline joins at a time when Homes England is sharpening its
focus on supporting local partners, accelerating housing supply
and preparing the groundwork for the National Housing Bank. Her
appointment finalises a refreshed Executive Leadership Team,
bringing together the expertise needed to match the
Agency's evolving regional structure and expanding
remit.
An experienced financial leader, Caroline has built a career
overseeing complex financial operations and guiding organisations
through periods of change. Working alongside the recently

communities.
Caroline will begin her new role in June.
