The government publishes regular reports on progress in
implementing the Grenfell Tower Inquiry's Phase 2
recommendations.
These reports include updates on recommendations relating to
Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) that were still
outstanding when the Phase 2 report was published.
Each report includes:
- a summary of progress and wider reforms
- updates on action taken for each recommendation
Recommendations are grouped into the same themes used by the
Inquiry:

- fire and rescue services
- response and recovery
- vulnerable people and Phase 1 recommendations

recommendations. It also updates on Phase 1 recommendations

be the Annual Report to Parliament in February 2026.
