Former Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State to give evidence on UK – Overseas Territories Joint Declaration

Tomorrow the House of Lords Constitution Committee will be quizzing David Rutley, Former Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Americas, Caribbean and Overseas Territories, as it continues its inquiry into the Review of the UK – Overseas Territories Joint Declaration. 

The session will take place on Wednesday 28 January 2026 at 10:30am and can be followed live on Parliament TV.
