the Rural Data Hub, a New Resource Bringing Together
Rural-specific Data into a Single, User-friendly Dashboard.
The Hub Will Benefit Rural Communities, Researchers, Community
and Voluntary Organisations, Funding Bodies, Elected
Representatives and Central and Local Government.
This New Dashboard Aims to Provide Decision-makers and
Stakeholders with Accurate, Granular Data to Better Understand
and Address the Needs of Rural Communities Across Northern
Ireland, Supporting Informed Policy Development and Targeted
Interventions.
Users Can Access a Number of Key Features Including the Creation
of Bespoke Areas Using Lower-level Geographies Such As Data
Zones, Enabling Localised Analysis and Comparisons Between Urban
and Rural Areas, Helping Identify Disparities. Filtering Can Also
Be Enabled by Datasets Including Demography, Education, Economy,
and Health.
