Today, [Thursday 4 December 2025] the Conservatives have reported
£4.66 million pounds in donations for the third quarter of 2025.
This builds on what has been a healthy 2025 of fundraising and
shows the breadth and consistency of support for the renewal of
the party under Kemi Badenoch's leadership.
These figures follow a successful party conference, where leader
of the Conservative Party, , set out a bold,
authentically Conservative vision for the country - centred
around our plan for stronger borders and a stronger economy.
These figures come at a time when more
and more entrepreneurs are backing the Conservatives due to
Labour's disastrous economic record. Labour has become totally
reliant on union donations, receiving £1.14 million this quarter
– half of their total declarations.
Labour have also continued to accept donations from Labour
Together despite the recent scandal that the organisation has
previously failed to declare £700,000 of donations on time.
In contrast, 45 per cent of major donations to the Conservative
are from those who have not been major donors before; showing
Kemi Badenoch's leadership and vision for the country is
attracting both new and existing donors.
, Chairman of the
Conservative and Unionist Party said:
“Today's figures show that the renewal of Conservative Party
under Kemi Badenoch's leadership is well underway and
demonstrates the breadth and consistency of our support. They
show our nation's wealth creators, risk takers and innovators are
supporting the Conservatives because they know that only we have
a credible plan for this country to deliver a stronger economy.
“These donations equip us with the resources needed to take our
case to the country ahead of local elections in May 2026 and
represent another vote of confidence Kemi's leadership.”
Lord (Michael) Spencer said:
“I've been a supporter of the Conservative Party for many years
because I believe that the party and its policies are best for
the British people.
“I've been pleased to continue supporting them this year,
especially since the party under Kemi Badenoch's leadership has
mounted effective opposition to the Labour Government and its
incoherent and ruinous management of the U.K. economy.”
Chris Wood, Founder of Bioenvision Inc and NuCana Biomed
and Conservative Party Donor said:
“Kemi Badenoch is proving to be a strong and decisive leader with
exactly the right, well thought out policies we need to get the
economy firing on all cylinders. The Conservative Party, under
Kemi's leadership, is the only party with the answers to the
critical issues facing the country.”
Guy Pinsent, Founder & CEO of Less Mess Storage and
Conservative Party Donor said:
"Britain urgently needs slashing of regulation and tax rates in
order to stimulate wealth generation and reverse the hopelessness
of state dependency. This is the vision set out by
Kemi. The Conservative Party, under Kemi's leadership, is
the only party offering fiscal responsibility and shrinking the
size of the bloated, inefficient state with fully-costed policies
for cutting welfare and taxes.”
