Climate Change Committee Chair questioned by Lords

The House of Lords Environment and Climate Change Committee will hold a one-off session with Nigel Topping, Chair of the Climate Change Committee (CCC) on Wednesday 3 December.

The session will start at 10am in Committee Room 4, Palace of Westminster and can be followed live or afterwards on Parliament TV.

Members are expected to ask questions on:

• COP30;
• the Government's Carbon Budget and Growth Delivery Plan;
• progress on reducing emissions across different sectors;
• adaptation and the private sector;
• action on methane.
