Data are sourced from the electric vehicle and charging point
platform Zapmap.
This page has previously featured an interactive map displaying
public charging infrastructure data at local authority level.
This map has been withdrawn to allow resource for improving this
and other products while a critical digital and data
infrastructure transition takes place in the Department for
Transport. All local authority level data provided by the map is
available in tables 1a to 2b of the latest publication.
The data is also available in standard geographical formats from
the department's Transport
Statistics Geography Portal. Users of the portal should note
that whilst updated regularly, the dataset available may not
represent the latest published charging device data.
