The Home Office response to the the Competition Markets Authority's recommendation in its final report on mobile radio network services that the Home Office should develop and implement a plan, by the end of 2029, to ensure that the supply of communications network services for public safety in Great Britain is subject to:

• competitive pricing arrangements
• or similar measures, such as legislation to create a regulatory function
