Don't apply VAT to independent school fees, or remove business rates relief - Petition reaches 100k signatures

The petition "Prevent independent schools from having to pay VAT on fees and incurring business rates as a result of new legislation" has reached 100,000 signatures and therefore becomes eligible to be debated in Parliament.
