CPTPP Members welcomed outcomes achieved on the CPTPP 2024 Chair's priorities:

• accessions
• progressive stewardship
• comprehensive utilisation

Members also celebrated that the Protocol on the Accession of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the CPTPP will enter into force on 15 December 2024 for the United Kingdom as well as Japan, Singapore, Chile, New Zealand, Vietnam, Peru, Malaysia, and Brunei, and 24 December for Australia.
