Vaping Products Duty: consultation response and consultation on additional compliance measures

At Spring Budget 2024, the previous government published a consultationwhich ran from 6 March 2024 to 29 May 2024, inviting stakeholders to submit their views on the proposals for Vaping Products Duty.

We welcome views on proposals for duty stamps on vaping products, and possible controls on the supply of nicotine. This consultation closes on 11 December 2024. Responses can be submitted through this form.
