The Welsh government has published details of the Initial Teacher
Education Priority Subject Incentive Scheme 2024. It provides a
financial incentive for Initial Teacher Education (ITE) students
commencing a secondary postgraduate ITE programme in September 2024
enabling them to teach specific subject specialisms.
