Welsh Conservatives: Labour continue to miss the grade for education

Commenting on the release of the annual Sunday Times Parent Power Guide which ranks secondary schools, Welsh Conservative Shadow Education Minister, Laura Anne Jones MS said:

“Well done to Cowbridge Comprehensive School for its performance and being named as the best school in Wales.

“Unfortunately, with this good news comes a reality check for this Labour Government, it is deeply concerning that the best school in all of Wales, comes 131^st out of all schools across the UK.

“This highlights a massive attainment gap that continues to grow under Labour’s 25 years of failure in Wales.”
