Scotland's Energy Minister calls for action to lower bills

Letter urges UK Government to support lower income consumers.

Energy Minister Gillian Martin has written to UK Government Minister for Energy Consumers Amanda Solloway requesting the introduction of a social tariff for priority energy consumers on lower incomes, along with more support for consumers this winter.
