The Prime Minister chaired a roundtable of healthcare leaders
this afternoon to set out the upcoming NHS Long-Term Workforce
Plan.
The plan - the first of its kind - has been designed by the NHS
with the support of the Government. It will be published later
this week and will transform efforts to train and retain staff
and improve the way the health service delivers for patients into
the future.
