Liz Twist (Blaydon) (Lab): As the Attorney General says, antisocial
behaviour has a terrible impact on communities such as Winlaton in
my constituency, so I am glad that the Government have finally seen
the light and increased sentences. Does she regret that the
Government allowed the use of community sentences to fall by 62%
between 2010 and 2021, and that the sentences became so much
