Circular 003/2023: Charges for the removal, storage and disposal of vehicles under road traffic law

This circular sets out the charges for the removal, storage and disposal of vehicles under road traffic law, which will increase by 28%. Amendments include:

• changes to the process of releasing vehicles where the registered keeper or owner has changed

• adding an electronic seizure form option alongside the current paper option

The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Regulations 2023 will start from 6 April 2023.
