Rolls-Royce's SMR scheme raised in PMQs

During PMQs in the Commons today, Pauline Lathan (Conservative, Mid Derbyshire) said small modular reactors were hugely important and the government recognised that when it awarded Rolls-Royce a grant of £120 million for development. But there was still no clarity on the plan to move from development to deployment. 

Rishi Sunak agreed that the SMR development had the potential to benefit the UK and support our energy security and climate goals.
